30-day returns, including sale items. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. This applies to items bought at a sale price too.
Holiday extension. Orders placed from November 1 to December 31, 2026 can be returned until January 31, 2027.
What can be returned. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and come with your order number or proof of purchase.
What can't be returned.
- Gift cards.
- Opened personal care and hygiene items, such as toothbrushes, dental tools and skin-care devices, unless they arrive defective or damaged.
- Custom or personalised items.
- Anything hazardous, flammable or perishable.
- Items damaged by misuse after delivery.
How to start a return. Email info@stockingstufferdeals.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We'll reply within 2 business days with a return authorization and instructions. Please don't send items back without this approval, because we can't process them.
Return address. PO Box 19072, Akron, OH 44319, USA. Use only the address we send you in our reply.
Return shipping. You pay to send an item back, unless it arrived defective, damaged or wrong, in which case we pay and send a prepaid label. Use a tracked service. We can't refund items lost on the way back to us.
Defective, damaged or wrong items. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping.
Refunds. We'll email you when we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Original shipping fees are refunded only for defective, damaged or wrong items.
Exchanges. The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order.
Cancelling an order. Email us before your order ships and we'll cancel it for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, use the return process above.
